I'm looking for a new flipping stick maybe occasionally used for punching although its nothing too thick cause i'm in southeast michigan. Anyone have any opinions about the 7ft 6in MH vendetta as far as sensitivity and durability etc.? It's between this or the BPS carbonlite, but my buddy is giving me a good deal on the vendetta.

Carbonlite, or Falcon Bucoo for like, 9 more dollars.

Get the Carbonlite. You should never buy a rod just because it's a deal. I would just go to the BPS at great lakes crossing and hold both in your hand if you haven't done that. I am a huge fan of BPS rods and they are great rods for their price. They also have great customer service and warranties. JMO

I took your advice on the Bucoo for my cranking rod and ordered it. Can't wait to try it out, thanks.

You'll love it. Falcon makes a great rod, very sensitive for not a lot of cash.
