Swim Jigs In Thick Grass

I am trying to find some swim jigs that are the best for coming through grass and weeds. I'm not as concerned with weeds getting caught on the hook but more so with the getting caught by the line and then bunching up on the head. I know a lot of you guys throw these so maybe you can let me know what ones come through the cleanest for you.

I like the Blade Runners or NorthStar.

The Blade Runner has a narrow head, while the NorthStar's have a smaller profile allowing it to slide through easier.

I throw a All Terrain Grass jig the line tie is recessed I never have a problem unless its the slimmy sticky crap that sticks to even ur line.

The All-Terrain head is shaped like the hull of a boat. It comes through cover and rights itself if it is knocked over.

Wow iv never seen that all terrain jig I buy mine at gander mountain they carry only football(favorite) grass and finnese I use the grass rig as a swimjig

Of course remember to keep your rod tip pointed at the jig...

There is only one for me NorthStar jigs, hands down!

One thing that is very important to me at least is that you need to keep your rod at a 10 o'clock position. I use braided line and I need to drop the rod and do a snap set. If you feel stuff starting to get caught on the jig, drop your rod and snap it like your working a jerkbait.
