Fish Chris Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 I bet you ain't seen another one like it My truck was already pretty much an oddball (like me) being an unusual brown color, then being blacked out. But way back (3 years ago) when I first got the truck, I had ordered a camo accent kit for my rock panels, based on a Photoshop job in which it looked fantastic (IMPO) in front of my Mossy Oak Shadow Grass boat. But everytime I got close to putting it on the truck, I wimped out. So finally, after 3 years, I was starting to get a bit bored with my old wagon, and I finally decided to throw on that old Mossy Oak Shadow Grass wrap. As far as the job goes, it was a PITA, because 1) I did it totally by myself, and 2) it was breezy..... But even so, it came out nearly flawless Give myself about a 9.5 out of 10. Bottom line; If you love camo, you will probably like this. But even if you hate camo, you have to admit, it goes really well with a brown truck, that has no chrome, right ? I'm loving it My paint color shifts a lot from different angles, and lighting {it's called > Stone Green. I know, it's not even slightly green, is it ?} Peace, Fish Quote
Sfritr Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Nice Job Chris!!! That color works well with the truck. I actually like the color of the truck and think the camo accent looks great! BTW I like the rims too, nice touch Quote
Super User J Francho Posted July 26, 2011 Super User Posted July 26, 2011 Looks great. Missed a spot on the wash and wax though! (Just kidding!) Quote

shootermcbob Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Chris, it looks GREAT! I really like it. Looks "rugged", and still cool. Good job. Quote
fishinkeebs Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Nice job man!! good choice on going Ford. Quote
Super User K_Mac Posted July 26, 2011 Super User Posted July 26, 2011 You are going to have to be careful to note where you park it now. Nice truck. Quote
detroit1 Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 If it aint a Chevy, Ford is the next best thing. I don't like the camo.. but it looks good on that truck. I hope your black wheels can hide that god-awful ford brake dust. Quote
GrundleLove Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 Why cant I see the bottom 3rd of that truck? Its like...invisible... : Quote
Fish Chris Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 Much thanks guys BTW, I actually love Chevy, Dodge, and Toyota trucks too. I think they all have their strong points. Still, like I always say, as soon as I hit the lotto, I'm going to flop down about $500,000 on a ground up custom F650, something like this > {of course not black with chrome, or anything "normal" like that.... plus, it needs a bigger cab to fit the 100Kw stereo.... and a longer bed, to even it out... but you get the picture } Peace, Fish Quote
Super User bassfisherjk Posted July 27, 2011 Super User Posted July 27, 2011 It turned out great Chris.WTG!! Quote
