drop-shot fool Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Im thinking about ordering some of the jerkbaits, but i don't know if they are really worth the money. I can get two LC pointers for the price of one of these. Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted June 25, 2009 Super User Posted June 25, 2009 Would you be taking food out of your families mouth. If not , buy it. Quote
Super User burleytog Posted June 25, 2009 Super User Posted June 25, 2009 Worth is relative to the buyer. Quote

bass wrangler569 Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Like others said, worth is subjective. As far as my experience: I haven't been in any situation where a megabass vision 110 outperformed a LC pointer, but I have been in situations where a pointer outperformed a vision. So taking that into consideraton, no, I personally wouldn't spend $10 more for a jerkbait that doesn't perform any better than a pointer. Its not that I have a problem paying $25 for a quality jerkbait, but why spend $25 when you can get an equal, if not better performer for $15. Quote
The_Natural Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 There are situations the one-ten will excel at....and I've wanted to buy a few for some time. I just won't pay $50 for one. They have come down in recent years, but it's still hard to find the good colors at $20-$25. The one-ten is probably the exception to my general thoughts on megabass baits, which is that they look better than they actually are at catching bass. Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted June 26, 2009 Super User Posted June 26, 2009 If you have to ask how much it cost then you can't afford it. Quote
