Super User Redlinerobert Posted June 20, 2011 Super User Posted June 20, 2011 Horrible. I met him at Gumball '03 and he was one cool dude. With all the crazy stuff they do it's a shame for him to go out like this. RIP. Quote

But didn't you think — for even just a fleeting moment — that it just might be?" --the last lines of the story from that link Quote

Super User Root beer Posted June 21, 2011 Super User Posted June 21, 2011 In my best Alan voice "haha, driving drunk, classic." Too soon? We're going honor his memory by re-creating stunts he did. Who wants to do the hot wheel in butt stunt? Quote
Super User skunked_again Posted June 22, 2011 Super User Posted June 22, 2011 you know, even though its a long shot you could compare drinking/driving to boating/life jackets. if a family member of this forum died in part due to not wearing their PFD, wouldnt it be common courtesy to not be disrespectful? karma is a funny thing... Super User bilgerat Posted June 22, 2011 Super User Posted June 22, 2011 karma is a funny thing... Right on. I wonder if Roger Ebert knows this... Quote
Super User slonezp Posted June 22, 2011 Super User Posted June 22, 2011 Right on. I wonder if Roger Ebert knows this... Roger Ebert's Karma hit him a long time ago. Have you seen his Mr. Potatohead face recently? Quote
Super User Fishing Rhino Posted June 22, 2011 Super User Posted June 22, 2011 Karma is an interesting topic. I wasn't going to participate in this thread, but the comments about Roger Ebert and karma brings up an interesting possibility. How can you be sure that Ryan Dunn's death in a car crash is not the working of karma? What about John Belushi and the other celebrities who were done in by their lifestyles, or was it karma? Quote
