jacob95 Posted June 18, 2011 Posted June 18, 2011 I'm going to be buying a St. Croix MOJO Glass bass rod. Ill be buying the 7'6" model and will be using it as a flipping rod. What baitcaster would be the best for that setup?? Thanks Jake Quote
endless Posted June 18, 2011 Posted June 18, 2011 I would definitely take a look at the ones on sale. I love my PQ's but with the Shimano Curado going $139 maybe even cheaper I wish I had the money to pick one up. I always wanted to get a Curado. Their marked down I think $40 and maybe you can find a online coupon. Curado http://www.basspro.com/Shimano-Curado-E-Low-Profile-Baitcast-Reels/product/102799/-1740329?cmCat=CROSSSELL_HOMEPAGE If on a budget PQ http://www.basspro.com/Bass-Pro-Shops-Pro-Qualifier-Baitcast-Reels/product/102287/-1650486?cmCat=CROSSSELL_THUMBNAIL I also have a Browning Citori I like but the PQ and Citori listed at the same price for $79. I get mine last year for $69 and use it for frogging. Quote

If I'm not mistaken seems like that code works for everything. If I did it right you can also get the Revo SX for $129. Quote

jacob95 Posted June 18, 2011 Author Posted June 18, 2011 Which would be better?? Revo S or SX?? I have a PQ on one of my rods and its a great reel. Just wanted to try something different. Quote
JaxBasser Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 If you can afford the SX get it, both are fine reels though. Quote
