hard nose finesse worm

I would like to know how to fish this bait and what is the best hook to use.I have 5'' green pumpkin hardnowse finesse worm.I have #5 gamma hook and #3 gamma hook that I bought for senko would these work or are they too big.I also have #1 strike king saber point hook.Any info on this bait would be great.

My favorite way to fish it is on a spot remover jighead(shakeyhead).I do t-rig them though and I use a 2/0 worm hook.If you use a larger hook you will limit the action.
