My lake is started to get a lot of weeds and it was hard throwing any cranks, jigs, and what not with out having to pull a pound of green mush of your lure. I put on a frog and was just hopping it lilly pad to lilly pad and when i was going to the next one it just got sucked under, i have it 2 seconds and set the hook. i'd say he was about 2.5 lb. i think im going to throw frogs alot more now.

Nice bass man! It's funny I just tied on a frog for the second time today and really tried to get the action down for the first time. No bites for me but I'm liking the way it hops and its soooo weedless - I'm thinking I want to try it a lot more too and really get the technique down. It looks like it will be real effective!!! Good job on your first frog fish!!
