Is there a specific paint that I should pick up to custom paint a crankbait? Any special process here?

Not anything really special.

Alot of folks use createx paint.....its an airbrush paint that can be found at most hobby stores such as Michaels, hobby lobby, etc.

I scuff the surface of the baits with 400 grit sandpaper. Some use a rattle can primer but, I prefer auto air sealer. Just get some old cranks and practice away
