Internal Error?

Everytime I try to upload a picture whether it's to the gallery,

or even my profile picture, it says internal error.

Anyone know why it does this and have any clue how to fix it?

The file size is probably too big. Try reducing it to under 150k.

I just use paint till I got down to right size. I'm going to give this a shot.

Try clearing out your cache first. That could solve the issue.
