hookem12_0 Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 There is not enough room on this page. I have 4 shelves in the garage, my spare bedroom is pretty much full of tackle minus the space for my gun cabinet, and right now I have a card table in my living room piled with crap getting ready for spring, and thats not to mention all the crap in my truck. bass109 Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 here a pic of my hank p spinnerbait and strike king buzzbait Quote
eastkybass Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 I want to thank you Natural and Raul I had my 2 boxes in the living room and my wife saw the pictures of your stuff and didn't even give me any grief about mine. ;D Quote
The_Natural Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 My backstock looks like more money in baits than it really is. I only buy what I need, unless it is on clearance, and is something I will definitely use in the future. I paid roughly $1 for all the bags of plastic baits except for the Yamamoto's, which were about 60% off. I just wanted to clear up any false pretenses that I am well off, which I am not. I'm just simply a smart shopper, and spend $50 a month on bargains (it's kind of a hobby of mine ) I graduated college, got married, and started building a house all in the past year. That doesn't equate to a whole bunch of extra cash Quote
cabela10 Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 Raul, Looks like you should stay away from the Rapala bargain bins. Quote
chitwnbass Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 This thread should be titled "The Bait Monkey's Hit List"!!!! Nothing makes me happier to see pictures of excessive ammounts of tackle. It feels good to be around people who understand and share a common addiction. I feel right at home on this thread. Quote
Super User Raul Posted February 17, 2007 Super User Posted February 17, 2007 Raul,Looks like you should stay away from the Rapala bargain bins. Got 100 "spare" Risto Raps I got for $1.99 a piece from a clearance bin at BPS StLouis, then when I went to BPS Dallas I found another clearance bin with more Ristos and other Rapala baits also for $1.99 so I punished myself with another 100 dollars. Lil Baby Cousin Ray-Ray Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 i was noticing that you guys have all of your plastics out of the bags. does it matter if you keep your salty plastics and flavored baits like yum in the original packs Quote
harshman Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 Personally I keep my plastics in their container or a zip-loc bag to keep them fresh then stuff them into a tackle bag. going to try to get my pics on here tonight. Harshman Quote

mjhutch1116 Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 Natural, thank-you I just showed my wife this post and she walked away with her mouth hanging open and muttering to herself. I will never hear the words you have too much tackle again. How long did it take you to amass such a stash anyway? I am also very impressed with your organizational skills as well. I can not seem to ever find enough time to organize my tackle until just right before I am going to use it. Quote
