I have a broken E21carrot stix spinning model that was broken. I have tried calling and emailing the company with no reply. I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about the return process. The problem I have is that I want to get a casting model this time. They told me I just need to follow the directions on the site. How did you guys ship back the rod. It says all you need is the label of the rod. Any help with this would be appreciated.
