What is a good split ring pliers that I can get.I have one but I cannot get off the little split rings like the ones on the LC Sammy 100.

Many will say the Texas Tackle pliers are the best. I agree after running through 3-4 other brands that never worked as well.

I use the Texas Tackle pliers also. I used my Dremel to slim down the nose for smaller split-rings.

I use the Texas Tackle and they're very good on small and medium rings.

A regular pair of needle nose pliers works for me and I've been thru every brand of split ring pliers out there. You just have to find the tool that works best in your hands.

I found a split ring pliers on the pier about 5 years ago they work just fine. Out in the field I use my thumbnail, works well too.
