So I have been dating this beautiful girl for 7 months, she likes to adventure and try new things. So I decided to take her fishing about a month ago. She learned how to use my baitcasters her first day and was working a crankbait all day. A couple days later we went again and she couldn't seem to put all the aspects together but everytime a fish would run with my senko I would give the rod to her, she would set it, fight it and even take it off the hook. The next time we went she came with me in my kayaks and she caught a nice little bass before I did. I ended up beating her in our little competition 7 fish to 4 fish. But the past few times she has come with me I can see she is getting a lot better and more into it. She works an artificial worm like she has been fishing for years. Some pictures of her with her fish...she might catch up to me eventually.

I agree.

She is a keeper!

Best catch of your life. :)

Not a bad deal if you two can share the same interests.

I taught my wife to fish and buy her a license every year, but she is usually content to sit in the boat and read after the first dozen casts.

My wife likes the sun more than the fish, but she goes every now and again. Just this past weekend she went with me and caught her first bass on artificals. It was only 8 in. tho. :D She got upset after a while because she was tired of watching me reel fish in. I cuaght 13 bass and 6 stripers. Biggest bass was 5.5lbs and all stripers were between 6-8lbs. She wouldn't reel in my fish, she wanted her own, but couldnt hook up with one!

See thats the thing she is gorgeous and likes to do everything I do. Sounds like the perfect girl for me...she looks so natural twitching a senko, its a pretty amazing sight ha

what is it with girls and senkos. I cant get my fiancee to put the senko down when we go fishing. Nothing beats having a good woman that will put up with typical guy BS, and cook, clean and then to top it off go fishing and actually catch bass and even remove the hook all on their own. Guys like us are the luckiest. I always like to think my girl is my personal best :D

Alright so sooner or later she is going to make me tell all of you this...she beat me today. 3 to 1. Although mine amounted to all 3 of her bass she still beat me with quantity. What do you guys think...quality or quantity?

Quality and quantity will constantly change depending which one she caught
