cbfishalot Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 I was putting away some new LC jerkbaits I just picked up today and saw something interesting. In the past I have aways fished the pointer 100SP, slender pointers, and staysee's. I picked up some pointer 78SP and pointer 78DD (deep divers) to add to my arsenal. When I was putting them away I noticed that the rattles were different in the pointer 78SP and 78DD then all my other LC jerkbaits. In the pointer 100's, slender pointers, and staysee's they all have ball rattles in them. The new pointers 78's I got have small plate like rattles in them. I don't know if it is because of them being a smaller bait or not. I would believe that them having 2 different types of rattles they must make a different sound. Has anyone else noticed this difference or have any opinions? Quote
Bud Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 Difference LC baits have difference sounding rattles. Some are louder than other. Quote
