I was looking at an ad for them BASSMASTER and d@mn they look good for being 3.79. The lipless cranks and crankbaits in particular look really promising. The finishes look really high quality and the hooks look pretty good too from what I can see. Are they as good as they look? Is there anyway to order them online or over the phone???

I used some that our guide had in Texas. We do not have an Academy Sports up north but I wish we did. I know that they are not Lucky Craft but we compared the two. After comparison there is no doubt that for $ 3.79 they are a steal. They ran true and finishes are outstanding. Excellent value for the dollar. I had wished that we had time before our flight out to stop by their store in San Antonio but our flight was too early.

the finishes are great, i have used very few though. the lipless cranks look like a spro the only thing is they do not have a very loud rattle. the jerks are good too, but they dont really suspend they float(at least mine do). i  have never used any of the others though. i have a deep diver and do not use it.im sure they catch, but i havent caught on them yet.

I have found them to be outstanding.  One of their shallow cranks, in a particular color, has become my 'confidence bait' over the last couple of years.

Great finish, sharp VMC hooks-  they perform well, and for a really good price. Unfortunately, you cannot place internet orders with Academy at this time.

The BPS XPS cranks are similar in some ways, as an alternative.  Many of them also look very much like Lucky Crafts.

They are impressive. They are quality baits with good paint jobs and quality VMC 2x hooks. I'm not going to tell you they are as good as a Lucky Craft, but I will say you get 75% of a Lucky Craft for 25% of the price. $3.79 is a steal...they could charge double that and it would still be a good deal.
