Fished SawGrass nort on hwy 27. Boated 100+, biggest was 4 1/2. Not picture worthy but nice to get so alot of hits. 50% on senko, 25% topwater(torpedo), 25% rapala shads. Used the ramp past SawGrass Park on the right.

Sounds great! Wondering, can you fish Sawgrass from shore? I dont have a boat so I'm limited and have been looking for new spots to fish. Thanks :)

Pretty much the same deal at Holiday yesterday. They bit everything. I kept trying to throw something they wouldn't bite (usually quite easy for me) and it never happened. My buddy stuck his rod tip in the water and a small bass came up to it and nibbled) No size to speak of although the vast majority were solid keepers of 1-3#s. With all those numbers, we would have still only had 15# so not near good enough for the KOTG Sunday

Good luck this Sunday.

Nothing like a 100+ day, especially with topwater in the mix! WTG!

By the end of May the big ones will start eating. I used to love fishing the canals this time of year.
