There is still several around here. Olathe Bass Club, Backlashers, Leavenworth bass club and others are all around here. I used to fish with the leavenworth bass club and it's a good group of guys but you aren't going to win any money fishing club tournaments buddy! :D

I live by the Kansas Speedway and just started bass fishing a couple months ago. Would love some info on the Lv Bass Club. Fished Wyco Lake UNTIL a friend told me about Leavenworth County. I have a blast out there. Would really like to find some fishing buddies and get involved in a club/conservation or what have you. I'm a KCK firefighter and being so "green" need as much help as i can get. I read articles on here but seeing how things are done would benefit me (and my fishin' stories) alot better. You can e-mail me @ jim_canada@att.net with any info. Looking forward to hearing from someone.

I also live in KCK near Wahington High School. Been fishing for years but not the best angler by far. Leavenworth County is a nice lake, I'll go back there soon as it fills up again. Wyco has a group that has a evening tournament once a week. Never joined but thinking about it. Perry is a good bass lake but don't get there much. Kinda expensive to go there frequently alone. I will be retiring in a couple weeks and hope to spend more time on the water.

Don't really have any fishing partners, go alone mostly. Maybe we should meet up and see about fishing together some time.

Hey joefish, we may just have to do that. I work 24hr shifts then have 48hrs off. First half of the week is tough because of my wifes schedule but the latter half is pretty open. I recently joined the Backlashers Bass Club and we've had one tourney so far but another is coming up on the 21st and 22nd at Table Rock. Can't believe how much I learned in just one day fishing with these guys. Great group of guys and although it's competitive, they all joke around with each other and help each other out. Good times. You say you live by Washington High? My station is #18 at 55th and Leavenworth Rd. I'll be there tomorrow. We should get together sometime and do a little fishing. Let me know.
