I put treated lumber 2x4's on my trailer aboat a year ago, but recently read somewhere that it's not a smart idea because of the copper sulphate that's in them. Any pro's or con's. Thank's for any info.

Okay,Okay I so Ileft something out. I. mean treated wood and aluminum boat. have heard it will corode the boat

Not sure but if you glued carpet to them I suspect it wouldn't be an issue as the boat isn't touching the wood
