-nick- Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 What do you guys use to weigh your fish? The other day I caught the hog in my avatar and had nothing to weigh it with, only measure. Now it's starting to bother me wondering what it weighed, so what do you use and know it's pretty accurate? I'm thinking either the Berkley scale from walmart or the Rapala one from dickssportinggoods, I don't really want to spend anymore than 20-30. Quote
1nstinct Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Im in the same boat as you i been searching as well, Im probably going to go with the Berkley digital lip grip one its a little more then you wanted to spend(and me too) but i heard some good reviews from friends about it, but they say you have to make sure you check it when you get it to make sure its accurate. good luck Quote

It read the same as kaotic1 digital scale. Here's another good topic that was started about digital scales Quote
Daniel My Brother Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Whatever you get, check it once in a while. I fill an empty 1 gallon milk jug with water and weigh it. Should weigh close to 8.35 pounds. Quote
