guitarkid Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Anybody else eat these? I personally can't get enough of these things. -gk Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted April 3, 2011 Super User Posted April 3, 2011 Easter candy is the best candy of the year, blowing Halloween candy out of the water. The coconut chocolate egg is my favorite. Peeps used to be my 2nd favorite but the sugar in those things puts me in vegetative state. Quote
Super User Gatorbassman Posted April 3, 2011 Super User Posted April 3, 2011 Anybody else eat these? I personally can't get enough of these things. -gk lick a small hole in them and get the cream out of the middle and replace it with peanut butter. I've been doing this for years. Quote
Luke at Gouldsboro Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 I think they should have the eggs all year long. It's a tease having them for 2 months, then they're gone Quote
GTrombly Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Mini eggs are the best easter candy ever. Peeps are fun to put in the microwave. Quote
Mr SwimJig Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Absolutely love them and I agree they should be available year around. SJ Quote
OHIO Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Mini eggs are the best easter candy ever. Peeps are fun to put in the microwave. Agree to both parts. The Peeps expand to where it's almost impossible to eat them, which is a good thing because they are horrible. Quote
hookingem Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 I think a few of us might be a few pounds heavier if they sold those rascals year round! Quote
CSimon2 Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs are the best! I cannot even tell you how many I have eaten so far this season. After Easter, I go around to a bunch of stores and buy them at half price. 3 Quote

GTrombly Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 The reeses are great also but they always have some sort of seasonal reeses available. Quote
Super User grimlin Posted April 4, 2011 Super User Posted April 4, 2011 I can't get enough of those creme eggs. Quote
Super User bilgerat Posted April 4, 2011 Super User Posted April 4, 2011 You wouldn't appreciate them as much if they were available year round. You would be sick of them within six months. When I was a kid there was one time they were putting packs of Starburst candy inside a plastic bag that had an advertising circular in it and hanging it on doorknobs. My friends and I went through the apartment complex we lived in and got as many as we could, probably 20 packs each. To this day I get nauseous just looking at them Quote
CSimon2 Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 The reeses are great also but they always have some sort of seasonal reeses available. Ya, but the eggs taste the best!!!!! Quote
GTrombly Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Ya, but the eggs taste the best!!!!! Right...and I only like red m&m's. JK. but they probably do have the most pb. Quote
Branuss04 Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 A few years back they had the chocolate cream cadberry eggs... haven't seen them here in california for some time. Anybody seen them lately? Quote
Sfritr Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Cadburry actually makes a peanut butter egg along with their traditional egg. Personnally, I prefer the Reeses ones, but thats just me. I don't like the Cadburry cream, too much sugar.... 1 Quote
Fish Chris Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Sfritr I don't like the Cadburry cream, too much sugar.... I used to hear people say that all the time. I'm kind of surprised your the first one to say this hear. Myself, on the other hand, I used to hammer those freaking things 2 or 3 at a time ! ....back before they shrank the darn things ! NOTHING... and I mean NOTHING, was ever too sweet for me ! ......but that was back in my old life. I haven't eaten 1 bite of chocolate.... or cheese cake.... or ice-cream, etc, etc, in going on 2 years now. You will hear people say, "Well, you gotta' treat yourself once in a while".... Yea ! Right ! For a recovering food addict, that's like telling a crackhead, "Well, 1 or 2 hits will be okay".... Or telling a recovering alcoholic, "Well, just 1 or 2 beers won't hurt you"...... Just see how well that's going to work ! For myself, all it would take would be just 1 Cadbury creme egg, and I'd fall straight off the wagon, landing straight on my head.... and in a few years, I'd be dying of obesity, heart attack, stroke, etc. I just have to take solace in the fact that I was able to eat 3 million of them in the past, and I am still alive to tell about it Peace, Fish Quote
tholmes Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Cadbury Creme Eggs??? GAAAAAKKK!!! It's j8ust as well that I don't like 'em, one of those bad boys would probably put me in a diabetic coma. Quote
