Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted April 3, 2011 Super User Posted April 3, 2011 Man, I usually can't say much good about Comcast and their TV service. For a change I'm actually not ticked at them. They recently added a whole slew of new channels, both SD and HD. I like a whole bunch of them that I've already had before. Now they've added channels that I did have before....I've got stuff to watch now. I used to have Outdoors and that was it. Now they're broadcasting the Sportsmans Channel and WFN HD down here. Fan-freakin-tastic. Quote
Mr SwimJig Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Sometimes they are great and other times they just make you want to scream!! Glad to hear your enjoying them, at least they are trying harder then they use to. SJ Quote
Super User grimlin Posted April 3, 2011 Super User Posted April 3, 2011 Comcast pays our trailer park to be the only competition here.Otherwise I'd have WOW cable right now. I could go satellite....but it actually cost too much to fit into our budget. So far it's been decent, but Mr. swimjig mention sometimes they make you want to scream.usually takes them 3-4 days to fit something if our cable goes out. Quote
CAdeltaLipRipper Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 We have comcast and i swear nothing makes me more mad than On Demand. We even upgraded to Xfinity and it's a joke lol Quote

You just pay the service, etc etc. The only other option right now is Satellite. AT&T U-Verse is slowly working it's way out here. Until they upgrade the boxes in the neighborhood though, it's Comcast or nothing. I've had my fair share of Comcast problems, but this has made much happier with them. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted April 3, 2011 Super User Posted April 3, 2011 I haven't seen any new channels on my comcast, but no complaints with them, more HD wold be nice. Quote

Our HOA is ousting Comcast and going with Hotwire. Comcast is OUT in 6 months around here. Quote
