A 1/16th oz. jig! I have used 1/8th oz. jigs, but have never found a 1/16th oz. one. Ive seen them in books and websites, but i dont order off them unless i have a big order. I got straight black, and am wondering what trailer would you use with these things, which are absoloutley TINY. They are strike king bitsy bugs. Any tips on fishing these? LBH, earthworm77, need your advice.

Micro-munch used to have some great trailers for their line of 1/16oz jigs.   By the way the micro-munch jig is one great little bait for light tackle.

Zoom makes some Salty Chunk trailers in the tiny size. I've never tried them, but they look like they would work with a 1/16 ounce size.

How about a Tiny Paca Chunk!

I pour a 1/16th with a 3/0 Owner 90 degree hook that I caught my PB Smallie (6-1/2lb) using a #11 pork chunk.  Super slow fall.

A sweet looking trailer on a 1/16 all black jig would be a saphire blue zoom super chunk jr.  It has a small body but some big claws.  It gives those small jigs a nice slow, wavy fall.

Wow...3/16oz is as small as I go, although that size may be my favorite.  I have stuck numerous prespawn bass with a 3/16oz baby boo bug in Black/Red flash paired with a modified baby brush hog.

Thats a really small jig! I bet that would work good in some of the ponds I go to, where the average bass is barely a pound.  As far as a trailer; maybe a zoom tiny brushhog trimmed a little bit?
