Great looking fish NorDoor. Do you do alot of river fishing over there?

Not really. The 1 river that's close is has a closed season until July.Across the Bay of Green Bay from me is the Menominee River. It's a prolific smallmouth fishery.I've thought about hiring this guy to learn the system over there.Maybe this fall. Here's the link. Some good info there also.

The fun in fishing is finding them, new water can be tough. Why would you want to hire someone to show you around .Put the time in and it will make you feel better finding the spots yourself.

I'm on a river that feeds into the EauPleine reservoir.  My river fishing is easy enough, but trying to figure out the reservior, that's gonna be my challenge.

Great fish and pics!!! I agree finding honeyholes is what separates you from the rest. On Lake Erie it's a joy to find a rockpile the size of a Volkswagon Beetle in 2.25 million acres of Ohio water. And when you do find them sometimes they are all yours and loaded with tons of pig smallies!
