i know you have been down this road before but what colors do you like?

i am fishing a clear, deep water main lake, with some flats and trees, but mostly rocky shores(bluffs)

we do well with the usual colors like green pumpkin and watermelon with the jigs and i figure this would rollover onto the ika but just wanted to get your views

thanks

Green Pumpkin is the color I have the most success with.

I like the green pumpkin, watermellon / candy and green pumpkin / candy. That extra candy color seem to really work well for me on Erie, Detroit River, St. Clair River and Lake St Clair. Hope it helps. Hook em hard,

Snag

Why do "they" call it Green Pumpkin? It is not green and no part of a pumpkin is brown...at least not in my neck of the woods! At least the color watermelon somewhat represents it's namesake.
