Junebug Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 I recently moved to Nashville from South Alabama. My dad wants to come up here and go smallie fishing with me, and he wants to come when the smallies are most active. If any of you are familiar with smallie fishing in middle tennessee, please tell me when the best time for him to come up here would be, so we can start planning the trip. thank y'all! Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted April 15, 2008 Super User Posted April 15, 2008 Maybe some of our Nashville guys will respond specifically about the lakes near you, but as a river fisherman, primetime is mid-October through mid-March. Our best fishing on the Tennessee River is during the winter. 8-) Quote
