CK14 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 YAYHOO!!!!! the smallies are finally in pre-spawn on good ole lake washington. caught 3, missed 2 hits, and lost one in the fight. the fish went 12", 15", and 17.5". the conditions wern't the best out there today. the water temp dropped a couple degrees since yesturday, there was a tourny going on, and the wind was BAD (and i have a smallish boat). so i was very limited on what i could do, only fished 3 hours till the wind kicked me off. caught them in 15'-25' next to bridge pillars on a dropshot. all released. justfishin Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Good start for sure. I love fishing bridge piers for smallies. They seem to almost always hold some fish. Good job, you must have been holding your mouth right, lol. Quote
