Ask your questions and we will give the answers. Such questions as to 1) how to make a perfect reaux; 2) how to get oyster nice and crispy but not burnt when frying them; 3) your favorite redfish courtboulion; and 4) secrets to eating crawfish. Those are for starters!!!! Be sure to wear purple and gold when you go fishing. ;D Quote
