My name is Chad Hoover and I use to post here a lot back in the day under just Chad. Been gone a while and decided to come back. I am from Louisiana originally, lived in Georgia for a while before joining the Navy and I have been there over 18 years. Spent a lot of my time in the Navy in Texas and Virginia and I primarily fish from a kayak. Look forward to hanging out here and learning and contributing.

And where do you live in Virginia?

I am from New Orleans and live in Richmond.
