I've been lurking around this great site for a week now and just wanted to say hello. I just recently got back into fishing, it's been over 5 years since i last dropped a line. went fishing with my brother the other day with my brother and it remind how fun fishing is. it also how my how poor of condition my equipment was lol. after alot of tangles and back, lashes, i decided it's time to update. i've been doing some searching around here and think i found of couple of set ups i would like to get. still want to browse around so i can get things that will last and be happy with and avoid asking stupid questions and bring up topics that benn discussed a hundred times. i mainly offshore fish. i love to catch bass, but  honestly i'm not picky when it comes to catching fish.

Welcome to the best fishing site on the net.

It's good to have another Michigan member. What part of the state do you live?
