Hemi6677 Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Just wanted to drop a line (bad pun...I know I know...har har) and say thank you in advance for the incredible information that is presented on this board. As for me I began fishing as soon as I could walk and continue to do so 32 years later. My grandfather had a camper permanently located on Lake Monroe here in Indiana so I grew up on the water but primarily catching bluegill and sunfish. My grandfather would bass fish but he would leave me with my grandmother while he went out and did that. (Surely a 5 year old isn't that distracting hehe) Since then I have loved to fish when time allows with my main areas of fishing being small farm ponds located throughout Southern Indiana. The last two years I have really switched my fishing mentality and started targeting bigger bass. This year I am seeing the results pay off and hopefully I can build on that with all of the great information here. I'm also looking at doing some bigger lake fishing which is my weak spot right now. Once again, thanks for this great site and see you around! Quote

Had heavy flooding in the beginning of the year sohave yet to this year, hopefully I will get down in the early fall. You have a great lake to fish. Welcome aboard! Quote
