Hello everyone, my name is Fred and I live in Hemet.  My fishing experience includes mostly pier fishing, but just recently started venturing into calmer waters (unsuccessfully) lol.  Just bought my first baitcaster, so I'm having fun learning that.  I usually fish in Oceanside, but want to learn how to surf fish, lake fish, bay fish.... I'm basically looking for something bigger than a mackerel or a smelt lol.  I keep going to Diamond Valley Lake but still trying to get a bite (and a clue).  So please, be patient with my many questions, but all answers would be greatly appreciated!!! :D
