Dalton Tam Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 My Name is Dalton I'm 16 and I'm looking to find out new tactics and point of views to better my self in tournament fishing. I am joined by my school Bass Club by other teens my age and would like to seek advice on new ways to help catch large fish and tactics to win tournaments. Id also like to learn how to use this site a little better too if anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated. Ive grown up fishing with pop all my life in Central Louisiana and he has done me well as to teaching me to fish but i know that it is also important to learn other peoples ways of bassfishing in order to better myself. Id someday like to go to college and join in a collegiate basmasters team. If anyone could help please comment back on this signed, BassfishinMagician 8-) Quote

Super User Sam Posted April 9, 2009 Super User Posted April 9, 2009 Dalton, May I make these suggestions for hte use of this forum, etc. 1. Set up a folder for "Fishing Stuff" and save the posts for future reference and reading. 2. Read the Fishing Articles that are in the upper left hand section of the web page. 3. Be an LSU fan. This is the most important. If you are a Toolame fan you will NEVER catch anything. If you are a "Directional Louisiana College" fan you will catch less. If you like any other SEC school you will have the gree-gree on you for life. ;D ;D ;D 4. Ask your questions; read the posts; save the posts for future reference and wear your purple and gold when you fish and you will do great. Welcome to the greatest fishing forum on the web. P.S. Football season is also a good time on the forum and we look for your input. Geaux Tigers! Quote
