bassin is addicting Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 instead of applying megastrike before i use each plastic, i recently decided to add some to each bag of plastics. then move them around in the bag to grease them up that way. the whole bag. i know it is easier that way.....but my question is.... since the "strike" will be on there for a while, maybe all summer, if i don't use the whole bag. will if affect the plastic, break it down? or lose the effectiveness of the megastrike. i have the "old" formula and really like it. is it bad to put it on and not use that particular plastic for a long time? :-/ Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted April 14, 2009 Super User Posted April 14, 2009 If the bag gets warm the MegaStrike gets messy. A key attribute of this product is just how "user friendly" it is to work with. I recommend applying the gel as you use your baits, not pre-applying. 8-) Quote

bassin is addicting Posted April 15, 2009 Author Posted April 15, 2009 great idea about putting it on the line a few feet. i can see where in the summer they will get really messy. so..... i will take them out of the ziplock i have already done it with and try to "clean" them up a bit and put them in another one. after i did it, i was concerned about maybe "breaking down" the plastics if on there too long??? obviously i was bored and just had to do something "fishing related" one day when it was too cold to fish... thanks...
