Should I use for a swimming a jig?

I too like the GYCB double tail and single tail grubs - and not just for swimming jigs.

Something we do for northerns, but have caught bass on is using a swimbait on a jig as a trailer.  We used Big Hammers: http://www.***.com/descpageSWMBIGHAM-BHSBT.html

I use the Gene Larew Crawworm for most of my trailers. If the water has a little color put a green pumpkin with orange pinchers on a brown jig and give it a try. Works great down here.

For swim jigs I love the 5" Yamamoto single tail grub.

For flipping and pitching jigs I use the 5" Yamamoto Double tail grub. Or as my 2 year old calls them, Gwubs.

I personally like the Rage Tail Craws or Zoom Super Speed Craws.

Both baits have incredible claw action.  The Rage Tails are a bit more durable but they are more expensive per pack as well.

Fast action claws go with Rage Tail.

Slower action claws go with Paca Craw and Zoom.

I like craws but anything you want should be appropriate.

Give it a look the bass have never seen before, too.

Depending on the size of the trailer you want I would go with Rage Tail, either the chunk, craw or lobster.

Tough to beat the Rage Craws action. That would be my first pick on any jig.
