silvercliff_46 Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 I buy a Mann's 6" flat-tail worm. I fish with it awhile, miss a couple of fish, catch a couple of fish. The head gets tore up a bit. I trim the head off, cut off the flat tail, and end up with a 4-4 1/2 inch shaky, or finesse worm. I really don't have to carry 7000 different styles. Or am I wrong, and why??? Quote

mrlitetackle Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 who really cares what it is, or how it looks for that matter. If it catches fish, then it catches fish..........I i could use my old lady's hair clip with a treble in it and catch fish then i wouldn't have to spend so much at BPS ;D Quote
tyrius. Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Buy yourself some soft bait glue and then you can REALLY start to reuse your soft plastics in many new and different ways. Quote

kms399 Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 I do everything i can think of to save a plastic bait. I will rig is normally after it gets beat up I will turn it around ( I have even done this with flukes) I will then wacky rig it. then I will cut of the ends if it isn't too hammered. Quote
