TommyBass Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 Im looking for a good tube bait that is very soft. I used to really like the FLW soft tubes from walmart but they discontinued the particular line I used. Ived used some basic ones but nothing I have found is as good. The 3X stuff is pretty soft but I dont like its other properties really. Any suggestions or favorites welcome! Quote
OIFBasser Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Try Poor Boys, I use them alot nad work great. I think they are soft enough. Quote
Bob8899 Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Reaction Innovations Boom Boom tubes are very soft. Quote
Big Tom Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Bass Pro Tender Tubes are really nice as well. Make sure to get the single colors though. Those that are two tone are double dipped which makes them thicker and not as soft. Quote
Super User Raul Posted April 8, 2009 Super User Posted April 8, 2009 BPS tubes are very soft and salty ( the outside is covered with salt but the plastic formula has a lot of salt ). Quote
BenoBreath Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Micro Munch Wicked Tubes are soft and durable. Best tube out there ! Quote
andamtoft Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Strike king coffee tubes for me. I don't care what the debate on the coffee scent is. I'm not saying it makes a difference, all i know is that i catch more fish on that tube than the majority of other lures i am using. Quote

Biggsmallmouth Posted April 12, 2009 Posted April 12, 2009 When fishing with tubes I only use the berkely power tube, fish catcher and is soft Quote
Super User Jeff H Posted April 12, 2009 Super User Posted April 12, 2009 Zoom tubes are soft. They sure are! I've been using Canyon Plastics 3 3/4" original Gitzit tubes too. Best tubes I ever had (and I really hate that they disappeared) were Luck E Strikes G4's. If anybody knows of a exact copy of these let me know please!!! Quote
Stingray23 Posted April 12, 2009 Posted April 12, 2009 Lucky strikes for me too. Very soft. I bought these tubes about 15 yrs ago and still have them. They are very soft. I dont think they make them anymore. I havent seen them in years. Quote
