Troutfisher Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Hello, welcome to the forum. The moderators will probably move this to the appropriate area so members in the Rochester area can possibly hook up with you. Good areas for shore fishing are fallen timber, weeds, stumps, and any good looking "cover" you can find. Try a variety of lures as well. Quote

Super User senile1 Posted April 23, 2007 Super User Posted April 23, 2007 Welcome, Cutie. As for the guys telling you that you can't fish because you're female, I've spoken to a few guys whose wives seem to outfish them often. I know when I fish for crappie with my wife I struggle to keep up with her. Alas, she isn't into bass as much so I get off the hook there. Quote
