TW Costumer Service

I have been ordering from *** for years. Always fast, reliable, great products and large stock of them and free of shipping charges ( with my addiction I don't order less than $ 50.00 ).

Yesterday, when I opened a box, found a LC Pointer that have some scratches on the side and top. Under normal circumstances I would just fish with it but this one was intended as a gift for a kid. I call them and Brandon answered the phone and after checking my order he said " keep the one you have and another is on your way ".

That is the hell of a good costumer service. Thank you guys at TW for a great work.

I havnt used TW yet but that just made me want to use them more often. BPS Customer Service is starting to wear on me concidering they arent as knowledgable as they claim to be. At least at my store.

How is their shipping? Pretty fast?

For me it has been 3 days from CA to KY...not bad at all...order before 3pm PST and usually ships same day

If I order on a Monday it arrives Wednesday in the afternoon, from Cali to Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Can 't be faster than that.

TW Customer Service is one of the best.  I made an order, which included KVD Line Conditioner, among other items.  My package arrived soggy, because the bottle of KVD had leaked everywhere.  I called TW up and the gentleman apologized profusely and was willing to replace not only the KVD Bottle, but everything in my order.  I told him that was not necessary, because I could wipe off everything else, but just for him to offer impressed me.  Great company!

I tried and tried and tried to find any reason why I wouldnt buy from TW exclusively.

The extremely rare occassion they dont have what I'm looking for.

I have a stack of free TW stickers on my desk because I'm always ordering 50 bucks at a time.

Order Monday and here Wednesday in Chicago. Also, if you are contemplating ordering something out of stock, do it, because they will ship it free of charge once they get it back in stock.

TW is awesome. Generally their prices are lower than BPS, and they have good deals going all the time. Throw in free shipping over $50 and it's game over.

TW is the best I agree.  Another thing that I have thought of is that most people don't have to pay sales tax as well.  In NC it saves me 7.5% right off the top (Plus they are usually cheaper than BPS to begin with).  Just a great deal anyway you look at it.

 It is not hard to order 50.00 worth of stuff,the free shipping is awesome.They obviously value their customers. Overall the thing that impresses me the most is that the out of stock/backordered items are also shipped at a later date free of charge as soon as they are in.The company then pays 2 or even 3 extra charges to send you additional packages.Awesome!

BPS and their price/shipping scale has to go! What happens if I order 2 ricos or say 2 or 3 other expensive lures that come up to 100.00 or so.Then they want to charge 12 or 13 bucks to ship a box that weighs 3 or 4 ounces?!?! Not to mention it will take a week and a half if you don't get the shipping upgrade,which in turn is also a rip off,I used to work in shipping.I know wjat it costs to ship packages 2 day or express.

You got a backordered item and they want to charge your card for even more shipping.At that point it is your choice whether you still actually want the item or not.

Said it before and will say it again.I HATE BASS PRO.They are just a giant convienience store controlling and raping the market. If people would actually refuse to shop there they may learn to value their customers.They are so big that they could care less about losing a few people here and there.

Then they spend millions on advertising and their spokespeople.Place one tiny order and you get bombarded with emails and worthless catalogs.Who do you think is paying for all that??
