its been 70ish the last two days. but tonight, the rains rolled in. its supposed to stop in the early am though. tomorrow is going to be around 60. water temp will be approx 50. any ideas where the bass might be hiding??? what to throw???

Dude we've had funky conditions that have left us scratching our head as well. All I can say is try a rattle trap, let it sink to the bottom and yo yo it back to the boat. Do this on points in deeper water and shallow. You might get a bite or two. It's been real slow around here. Hoping for a turn around this weekend.

What color is the water? If it's not too dark that should be great conditions for a suspending jerkbait.

Silver Buddy, drop shot, lipless cranks....all are great this time of the year. Depends on their activity level and location. A slow rolled, soft plastic swimbait was effective last year for me. But we still have ice on our lakes, so it'll be another week or two before I can prove it out once again.  ;)
