piscicidal Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 Can't disagree with side imaging. Power pole has to be pretty high on the list also. Especially for those of us (i.e. south florida) who fish windy, shallow bowls 12 months a year. Quote

Super User WRB Posted November 22, 2010 Super User Posted November 22, 2010 The River2Sea Dahlberg frog & craw maybe the most innovative lures Ive seen in the last 5 years. Tungsten weights may also qualify as innovative terminal tackle that has had a major impact on bass fishing. Slit handle rods are also "new" to bass fishing, a old salt water design adapted to bass rods to lighten them. Light weight rods are not new, but becoming state of the art for bass fishing. WRB Quote

Super User Long Mike Posted November 22, 2010 Super User Posted November 22, 2010 I agree that SI has had the greatest impact. However, let's not forget about the greatest innovation in trolling motors in many years - wireless remote control. Quote

Super User Bassn Blvd Posted November 23, 2010 Super User Posted November 23, 2010 The SI is cool, but can it really beat this? Don[ch65533]t just cast - Blast 10, 20, 30 feet with the touch of a button. Fishing rocks with the Rocket Fishing Rod featuring rocket launch casting system, telescopic extension, max cast indicator, patented hook hiding bobber that hides the hook until it hits the water, a secret compartment for weights and lures and a safety release, so it only launches when you're ready! Fishing has never been so fun and easy! No more crazy casting, just pump, aim, launch and hit your mark every time Quote

Texasfishingtips Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 We all know its the fishing pen!! I mean, regular rods are over-rated and I don't have the time to use them! With the fish pen I can be ready to fish at a moments notice! Clancy W Quote
