Super User BASSclary Posted November 19, 2010 Super User Posted November 19, 2010 How do you get the photo onto your PC so you can add the lines then post the pic? If your using FireFox you can just get an add-on like ScreenGrabber, that just saves a cropped area wherever you choose to save it. Quote

Red Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Thanks y'all, I got it figured out. Here are the main spots I fish on Lake Waco. The first two are from the same ramp, one is north and one is south. The red "x" marks the ramp, the yellow lines mark areas I always fish and have caught fish. North of ramp South of same ramp This are is at the north end of lake. A creek comes in in the upper left at the arrow and the river comes in at blue arrow. The blue "x" on here marks where I caught the fish in my avatar, my PB my avatar, my PB. Quote

Super User QUAKEnSHAKE Posted November 19, 2010 Super User Posted November 19, 2010 Here is the lake I visit most. It is shore fishing only no live bait but nightcrawlers. A 1/8oz blue/black jig w/baby rage-tail craw worked well the little number of times I used one. Fished there for years but never used a jig till a couple months ago. Looking forward to this coming spring to see what the jig will do. Quote

BadBassWV Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I was thinking the same thing, that area where it narrows out is around 12 feet deep the area marked is a weed bed. 1 foot shoreline then water is about 4 to 5 feet deep until dropping straight down to 12 feet. Does anybody think this 12 foot drop off would be a good place to drop shot and jig a spoon in the winter months? Nice looking lakes and ponds everyone, It would be neat to hook up and fish'em all. Super User Catt Posted November 19, 2010 Super User Posted November 19, 2010 I use Acme Mapper 2.0 because you can toggle between Map, Satellite, Hybrid, Terrain, Topo, DOQ, Nexrad & Mapnik. I keep getting this error NOTE: If you had an Attachment in your post, you will need to reselect the Attachment again in the Browser Box for security reasons. Quote

hokiefisherman93 Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Small neighborhood pond within walking distance from my house. The pond has lots of bowfin and bass. I have pulled out many 5+ fish. Biggest was 6+ out of the far right box. In between the two ponds there is a 3ft waterfall which is great for fly fishing! The best fishing is found in the black boxes. For a shallow lake (deepest spot 5ft), this lake holds some nice bass and giant bowfin.
