Super User bilgerat Posted September 11, 2010 Super User Posted September 11, 2010 Temps are down here and forecast has rain coming in late tonight and most of the day tomorrow. Time to blow the dust off of the rain suit and get out on the water to salvage what has been for the most part a crappy fishing season. Looking forward to very few boats on the water and nailing me some fattys... Quote
ChiCityBasser Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 Good Luck out on the water today and temps are down here and getting rain today also in the chicago area. I'll be getting out tomorrow and hope your day was successful. Quote
Hook Set Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 I am also looking forward to what I hope is gonna be some good fall fishing, It has been a long hot summer here in southwest VA! Good luck and give us your post fishing report! Quote
CAdeltaLipRipper Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 Grrr i hate when it gets cold i really dont like winter fishing Quote
Super User Jigfishn10 Posted September 11, 2010 Super User Posted September 11, 2010 I feel the same way! Here the fish are still lethargic and a slow rolled spinnerbait with a stop-n-go retrieve has been fooling them. Not your typical spinnerbait bite, just a lot of weight on the end of your line when you start the retrieve back up has been working. Good luck to you, I can't wait until it picks ups again, myself!
