That of course is an autographed edition, it also comes with your first bass free of charge

Im gonna take the ISBN of the book and go to my local book store and see what they go for there. Granted theyll have to order it,but it will surely be a more reasonable cost.

They are out of print, so your only real bet is used books. I dont think you can beat the $9 from amazon anyway. That is where I got my copy.

As a result of this thread, I finally ordered the book. I got it from Carole L. Murphy through Amazon. $9.95 plus shipping. She has the description: "Brand new 3rd & final rinting right out of box" on the Amazon listing. Like Swimbait said - I think every other listing on Amazon is a rip-off.
