FishingBuds Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 Those that time to time have caught a bass with a fish already down its throat, I wonder if its nothing more than a strike motivator. Could it be little fish was going after said bait and it triggered bigger fish to gulp little boy and bait But on a side note, I've noticed. I have caught more of these lately, with fish already in throat of caught bass Quote
b.Lee Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 I have caught many bass chasing schools of shad and then you catch them and then they spit them all up Quote
Super User J Francho Posted June 7, 2010 Super User Posted June 7, 2010 You ever eat one potato chip? Bass will gorge if the opportunity is ripe. Quote
brushhoggin Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 You ever eat one potato chip? Bass will gorge if the opportunity is ripe. Not if it's pringles I caught one yesterday that had a tiny bluegill in his mouth, she hadn't even begun swallowing it. I pulled her in and my spro bronzeye had that tiny bluegill pinned to her gullet. Some gluttonous creatures. Quote
FishingBuds Posted June 7, 2010 Author Posted June 7, 2010 Always heard, we'd be in trouble if bass could get to #100's Quote
