fishingfourfun Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Anyone doing this? How hard is it to do? I am tired of paying an arm and a leg for crappy worms at walmart! Quote
FishDontFearMe Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 really easy... i had a compost pin in my yard and i added a bunch of leaves that already had little worm and must of had worm eggs too. completely by accident i had some fat worms within a month. but i killed them all we it started getting warm out, they cooked. but i've read all you need is peat moss and a trash can. and keep it in the shade! Super User Crestliner2008 Posted May 10, 2010 Super User Posted May 10, 2010 Check out an issue of "Fishing Facts" magazine. They offer a booklet in each issue entitled, "Lunkers Love Nightcrawlers". This will detail how you can raise, condition and use crawlers effectively. It's been in print since the '60s! Quote
