pitchNbass Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 Yesterday I caught a 7lb 2oz one eyed bass. I thought that was pretty amazing considering how difficult it must be for a one eyed bass to get that big. Not sure how long it had been with one eye, but I thought I'd ask you guys what your largest one eyed bass was? Quote
Ky_Lake_Dude Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 i think a bass could live basically the same way with one eye as it would with two. they would just rely on sensory organs a little more Quote
Mattlures Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 My biggest was 7 lbs 14oz and 26 inches long. It was in poor condition when I caught it. I dont think it grew up with one eye, I think it declined from loosing an eye. Quote
Super User fourbizz Posted April 10, 2010 Super User Posted April 10, 2010 8lbs 2 ozs, assuming you mean a bass that was blind out of one eye, not just missing one. Quote
Super User Paul Roberts Posted April 10, 2010 Super User Posted April 10, 2010 21.5" (northern bass), was thin. Buddy caught it the following year in the same place same month with a similar lure, and he said it was very fat. Quote
CAdeltaLipRipper Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 i caught a 7 pounder from a pond with a blind eye Quote
Fat-G Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 My biggest was 7 pounds, and 27 inches. Caught it on a bluegill. Quote
