Myself, just a few pairs of pliers and glasses. I was fishing with my 5 yr old boy last year when he dropped in his FAVORITE Hot Wheel, a convertible 70-72 Chevelle. He squealed and cried for 30 minutes and other fishermen in the area were looking around like someone was killing a kid :o We still look for a replacement everywhere possible, grandpa gave me that car, he says. :'(

Let's see. Few years back I was on a head boat fishing for sea bass, and one big wave knocked my tackle box into the sea.

I lost a CastAway rod and a Citica reel in the drink and had a sucessful retrieve...2 months later when I saw my lizard in a small patch of grass floating around in the lake. And I lost about $75 dollars worth of spinners and buzzbaits floating the creek one day.

I dont know how many pairs of sunglasses I have lost. I jsut buy the $5 wal mart ones now and leave 2 spares in the boat.

I dropped a 12 pack of Harp overboard one time  :'(

Didnt lose it overboard, but a funny story. Me and a buddy were at a river. He walked down river, out of sight of me. I took my shoe off to dump the sand out and dropped it. The shoe took off down river. About 20 minutes later my friend comes running back with my shoe. He thought i had drowned or died and lost my shoe in the process.

Ok lets see I have lost numerous pairs of sunglasses pliers oh yeh and my fiance flipped put of the boat early last spring it was funny until she tried to hop back into the flatbottom she almost flipped me and all my gear out. I started heading back to the ramp thinking she was done for the day and she spoke up and said what are you doing I am all wet I have to dry out before I get back in your truck so you might as well keep fishing. boy was I surprised as she pulled out a book ad dripping wet just started reading and didnt say a word the rest of the day.. good times!!! ;D

My fishing bud sank his boat, so I guess that means he lost everything. HAHA. Thank goodness he had that thing insured.

As for me I would have to say a pair of polarized sunglasses as well.  I had them on my hat when a wasp decided that buzzing around my head sounded like a fun time & when I took my hat off to swat him my glasses went flying.

I lost a bunch of tackle, and a pricey rod and reel,

Here's a photo of a tackle box I lost overboard and found almost a year later during a drout.

A few hats, 2 jackets, a pair of Oakleys that were propped on top of my head when I bent over, at least 5 pliers, and a few lures that were on the deck.
