I think we will see a better selection of mid range priced tackle and equipment that is great quality.

I think the high dollar fishing companies will have to adapt or continue to struggle.

We will see a major change in Boat Production to something more affordable.

The Classic will be won by someone who has never won it before.

The new magic bait will be a creature bait of some type. 8-)

we got a taste of this with the Sol and Fuego getting the axe.

Technology that will allow the trolling motor to recharge the TM battery while you run it.

Warning buzzers that will tell you when you run by a school of fish at 60 mph. It will know the difference between a bass and a carp.

Cameras built into soft plastics so you can see the size of a fish before you set the hook.

Finally catching a keeper when it matters. Got to happen sooner or later.

Outboards with a 100,000 mile/hour cowling - skeg warranty. Look for it in ___.

Boaters that know when they are too close. They finally get the clue.

Dedicated areas for jet skis, will be enforced with razor wire.

I was told that I needed to complete a remedial course as a prerequisite.

RW is good! I went to a lake today that is known for small fish. It was the only one open today that allowy private boats and I just wanted to take my boat out.

I suck at catching small bass. I caught 1 on a LC jerk bait that was about 1.5lbs. It was cold too. My boat was frozen from the dew. Its Ok though It has been months since I had my bass boat out and I was having fun trying to learn my electronics. I do plan on chasing numbers a little more this year but its kinda hard to do when I live next to an ocean. I would rather go catch salty bass then work for small lmb. I definatly pick and choose the prime times for a bunch of different species, not to mention hunting. This year I predict I catch another all tackle world record(salt water fish). I came real close in 09 a few times so in 2010 I am going to make that my goal.

I'm predicting I'll be shy by pounds and ounces of that state record LM that has eluded me all these years.

Old version Revo STX users will try out a new dual version model and finally admit the old versions braking system sucks.

There will be at least a dozen threads from Loomis guys asking about the return policy along with a lengthy story on how their GLX broke on a hookset. Other Loomis owners will reassure the owner that it's the best $50 they'll ever re-invest into a rod that originally cost $350.
