I had one spit a mouse up in my livewell once. Must have been running around on a retaining wall or dock and went for a swim. That thing was nasty to get out.

Have also had fish spit up golf balls (when guys use them to mark beds you see it commonly), pickerel, trout (both were around 7 inches), frogs, rocks, twigs, and lots of soft plastics.

A while back, a buddy and I were fishing Lake Roosevelt for smallmouth.  We were slaying them on the dropshot.  After fishing this slough, we left for a while to try some other spots.  We returned to the slough later, but didn't get anything.  We moved out to a rock island about 200 yds off shore from the mouth of the slough.  I land a fish and while unhooking, I noticed one of the worms that we had been using earlier in it's mouth.  We hadn't lost a worm in that slough in 6 hours.

With the luck I've had lately, It would be very odd to see my hook in ones mouth!

I have actually caught a bass that had my Texas rigged worm stuck in it's mouth, that I had broken off 30 minutes earlier.

Not really odd, but catching smallmouth on a

minnow and finding giant claws sticking

up, out of the gullet is striking. Talk about greedy!

These fish are completely stuffed, but can't resist

another easy prey.

At the Central Divisional, we had a bass spit up a baby turtle during weigh-in...the dang thing was still alive after all that time the livewell and in the belly of that bass.

One of my fishing partners told me he found baby turtles in a bass once. Personally, I've only seen baitfish tails and crawfish claws.

Don't know how true it is but heard a guy say he caught a bass that spit up a live cottonmouth on the deck of his boat.

Wow guys...these are crazy stories! The craziest thing I've found was one bass that had two different hooks (other than mine) that were hooked in its mouth. One was a weighted crappy jig hook, the other a 3/0 wide gap....talk about a fish that either was dumb or loved body piercings!  ;D

I caught a bass a few weeks ago with a rat's tail coming out of her mouth.  It was a pretty big tail, and the bass' stomach was huge.  I couldn't believe she hit my lure, cuz she looked like she was about to explode.

I'm not trying to brag about the size of the bass I caught, but it spit up a '56 Volkswagon.   :D

Not a LMB, but I caught a striper on a topwater popper that had a bat in it's mouth. How a bat ended up in the lake is anybody's guess.

I think seeing a snake curling out of the mouth of a 3 lber is my wierdest view

I wonder if that tickled the bass?
